Established in 1992, we have grown to become Vivid Floral Design… After being inspired by attending the local flower club with her Mum from the age of 9, Amanda went on to study at The Welsh College of Horticulture, which included an amazing placement in Jersey. On completing college Amanda’s parents helped her start up her business in an outbuilding on their farm and that is where Farmhouse Flowers was born, specialising in wedding and funeral flowers … In 2004 after a trip to a trade show Amanda was inspired to expand and open a shop to be able to provide flowers for all occasions and corporate clients, this resulted in the purchase of Greens N Things in Gresford, where business bloomed and continued to expand, it was in 2013 that we re-branded to Vivid Floral Design ready for the next stage as we had outgrown our premises… In 2014 after a year-long renovation we re-located just 2 miles away to 112 Chester Rd, Acton, Wrexham, to much larger premises and continued to grow.
